We accept orders for SHIPPING ONLY IN BULGARIA!
We use only the "Cash On Delivery" payment method for the present time, in compliance with the
Conditions of Use.
An advance payment (or deposit) is required ONLY AS A GUARANTEE upon the deal for some articles:
- for the expensive ones
- for those which are a subject of import
- for those which are subject of manufacturing by order
Payment by bank transfer is optional if preferred.
The shopping procedure is as follows:
When you finish shopping by clicking the button "Confirm Order" you will receive an e-mail. It will contain the details of your purchase order: models, quantities, prices, total amount (excluding the shipping cost). After your order is received you will be contacted by our Sales department. You will be notified by e-mail about:
- availability of the ordered articles by model and quantity
- shipping cost
- total amount: prices of the ordered goods + shipping cost
- term of delivery
DELIVERY IS MADE ONLY
AFTER THE CUSTOMER'S CONFIRMATION !!!
The last stage of ordering is when the customer's confirmation e-mail is received. In this last e-mail you must confirm the following:
- the quantity and models of articles - subject of delivery
- shipping cost
- the amount due: the price of the goods ordered + shipping cost
- the delivery date
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving the e-mail confirmation under the Conditions of Use.
The customer pays the amount due to the courier at the moment of receiving the parcel. Ownership of the goods will pass from the seller to the buyer at the point of delivery, after full payment has been received.
The shipping cost is determined by following:
- the weight of the ordered goods
- the price of the ordered goods (2.4% fee for the service "Cash on Delivery")
